Ordered four drinks for mobile order, and Kyle made two wrong and didn’t fill our matcha lattes— saw him try to fill the rest with ice when light ice was ordered. First for a white mocha frap they made a latte, then Ayie made a vanilla bean frap instead. Made the order at 4:49 and fixed everything by 5:19. Are these baristas even being trained how to make these drinks at such a busy location???

Great service, well preserved. There is a person at every corner to meet, greet and guide you to wherever you need to go. Proper signs to follow that makes this place very easy to navigate. A must visit iconic place in NYC. I visited a little while ago paid $37 per person. It It's worth it. Have a nice time
102nd floor is an extra $20 from 86th floor, and you get access to both! It's a total of $54 for an adult, $47 for a child, and $51 for a senior.
You can't go to 102nd without 86th however
