Very clean, friendly, fast service.. delicious food!!U have to try the rice pudding for desert!!And Charlie the cockatiel sings songs to the customers from up way high on the 2 ND floor from his cage.

First time trying it for breakfast and will definitely be back. The spring house special of two pecan pancakes, 2 eggs and bacon. Everything was hot and delicious. Fast and friendly service and very reasonably priced.

BEST + Fastest + priced right! My husband + I stayed in Litchfield for a week beach vacation and have tried many local restaurants. The spring house is great food and great people for breakfast + lunch. Do yourself a favor and go where the locals go and be guaranteed a fabulous meal each and every time. They close at 2 so have breakfast and maybe order lunch to go. You won’t be disappointed. 🌺☀️

Warm friendly atmosphere and the food was good, the milk was cold and the sound if the birds made me feel like I was in the tropics

Breakfast menu is really good. A pot of coffee is left on the table as soon as your drink order is made. 10 bucks gets you three big pancakes, three eggs, bacon and toast. Has the feel of a higher-end restaurant. Great service and lots of room. Didn't have an opportunity to try lunch, but definitely will. Closed at dinnertime.

This place is truly special especially if you want a regular spot to dine. I went to Springhouse almost every day either for lunch or breakfast at all different times and never had a bad meal. Great thing is when you walk in you almost never have to wait as they have plenty of tables and you can order anything on the menu at any time of the day. As for taste to cost, they are spot on with never being out of budget while getting whatever you enjoy how you enjoy it. Weekends are a bit busier in the morning to afternoons but if you able to sneak in before work it is a great way to start you day off.

Definitely a new go to stop for breakfast. The staff made our first visit very memorable. I have never been greeted by such a friendlier bunch in my life. So up beat and genuinely happy.The restaurant is cozy and inviting and our breakfast was excellent. They have the best coffee!You really should stop here if you are traveling through town you won't be disappointed.

The food was good and the portions were large. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable. Prices were average. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful with any questions about the menu. This was our 2nd time eating here and we enjoyed both trips.

Casual dining, great service, good selections, breakfast anytime, good portions and popular with the locals and snow birds. I enjoyed the grilled pork chop with fried okra, Mac and cheese. My wife had the turkey special and my coworker had a mushroom and cheese omelet. Always busy when they are open, which means fresh and delicious! 👍😁✌
