Very clean, friendly, fast service.. delicious food!!U have to try the rice pudding for desert!!And Charlie the cockatiel sings songs to the customers from up way high on the 2 ND floor from his cage.

First time trying it for breakfast and will definitely be back. The spring house special of two pecan pancakes, 2 eggs and bacon. Everything was hot and delicious. Fast and friendly service and very reasonably priced.

BEST + Fastest + priced right! My husband + I stayed in Litchfield for a week beach vacation and have tried many local restaurants. The spring house is great food and great people for breakfast + lunch. Do yourself a favor and go where the locals go and be guaranteed a fabulous meal each and every time. They close at 2 so have breakfast and maybe order lunch to go. You won’t be disappointed. 🌺☀ï¸
