Took my parents to see Engelbert humperdinck. Great venue. Didnt gouge us on beverages. Seats were very comfortable

Great place for a concert. Every seat is a good seat. Staff is super nice and helpful. The concert vibe is always hyped.

Yes

You have to go in advance. I would advise you to reserve a room as far as advance as possible if you're planning on staying for a concert. Also ask about adjoining rooms and the Continental breakfast. Your rooms have to be above the 15th floor (I think) for that benefit.

Yes the topsides left and right are not good seats if you sit over in the corners won't be able to see the whole stage

Box office opens at 3pm.

Across the street as Paula said is your best option.
