The shop of Mr. Minoru Sano who pioneered ramen using carefully selected ingredients.At first glance, a soup made by stacking multiple ingredients may not feel like a penetrating flavor, but it's great to harmonize the flavor without protruding anything.You can easily taste only pork bones or boiled ones.Probably the taste is not changed even after 10 years.Even if it evolves more, it is not enough (laugh)

A ramen demon, now the late ramen shop of Mr. Sano.I was taken by a partner company who loved ramen.To be honest, I was wondering if this was a ramen that I was particular about. The salt ramen here is amazing.I feel like the soup is shining in my mouth.Soy sauce is an extremely delicious orthodox ramen.However, there are times when it is unfortunate that people like part-time workers have made it recently.The other day I was surprised by the soup. I recall that Sano was angry on an old TV.I had forgotten to put out a tasteball. It's expensive.I am glad if you pay more attention to the little things because they are delicious.It will cost a little over 1000 yen, but it feels a bit expensive.

I like the quiet and calm shop where BGM doesn't flow, which is the opposite of the noisy shop where the elder brother who wraps his towel around his head like a pirate and shouts "Welcome!" The crunchy noodles are very nice, but despite the fact that they are sticking to various things, I felt that the soups that had been put together with chemical seasonings were beyond my imagination and were very regrettable.There is no choice but to use parking lots such as the nearby narrow and hard-to-go coin parking or Sacras Totsuka parking lot.

Soy sauce ramen27 to 8 years ago, I remember eating at Sina-soba shop along Fujisawa Kaido at the time, nervous to Sano's sharp eyes. The first bite soup was really good. This ramen reminds me the nostalgic taste I had eaten a long time ago. You can enjoy two flavors Soy sauce or Salt. Roasted pork fillet is so tender.
