Scoop DeVille went above and beyond creating a custom ice cream cake for my girlfriend’s birthday! Not to mention they even delivered it for me! The cake itself is the BEST ice cream cake I’ve ever had in my life (and I’ve had a lot)! I could not be any happier with the customer service & quality of the product. I love ice cream so my wife got my groom's cake from Scoop DeVille and it was awesome! We love going in there and picking out all the toppings we can stomach. Best ice cream in Philly!

This place has some very unique ice cream creations. My wife and I stared at the 5 menus for several minutes before deciding. I had the Turtle Split. It was marvelous. The guy who made it did NOT skimp on the wet walnuts. I love wet walnuts. The staff was quick and professional. The place doesn't look like much when we first walked in, but when you look at the menu you know you are at a serious ice cream shop.

Fun and tasty ice cream shop that is open late for your sweet tooth cravings! They have a good variety of desserts and you can sample the flavors. Skip the dessert at dinner and go here. I'd stop back next time I'm in the area.

My favorite Philadelphia chain of ice cream! The menu is very unique with plenty of house specialities to make ordering not as difficult. They also have a gluten free and vegan section on their menu so my friend was able to get the blueberry cobbler. I got smoreo yet again.

Love Scoop DeVille! Amazing ice cream at great prices, with all the toppings you can imagine. Not only are their flavors good, their staff is phenomenal and their customer service is extraordinary. I am so happy with every interaction I have had because they truly care about the quality of your experience every time you visit.

Holy cow! One of the best things I've ever put in my mouth! You ask for it, they put it in it. The people are friendly and the ice cream is off the charts great! Truth be told, pictures do not do this justice.I walked almost a half-hour to get here, and it was SO worth it.

It was such a quaint little place to enjoy ice cream and a bunch of different variations of ice cream. The service was amazing because we were not going to stay and the server informed us that some cups you cannot take out of the store instead of letting us order and get confused why we couldn’t leave. The sinful milkshake was AMAZING! Exceeded every expectation! 👏🏻👏🏻
