Scoop DeVille went above and beyond creating a custom ice cream cake for my girlfriend’s birthday! Not to mention they even delivered it for me! The cake itself is the BEST ice cream cake I’ve ever had in my life (and I’ve had a lot)! I could not be any happier with the customer service & quality of the product. THANK YOU SO MUCH SPENCER & ASHLEY!!!

I love ice cream so my wife got my groom's cake from Scoop DeVille and it was awesome! We love going in there and picking out all the toppings we can stomach. Best ice cream in Philly!
