I visited this place last Sat. I was ready to order and standing in front of the register, however, a staff was chatting with other staff as just sitting on her chair. She didn't even say hello to me or asked me "how can I help you?"even though she clearly saw me. So I asked her "can I order?" first then she was like "yea yea" and that was it. Very disappointing. ++Here is one more thing. My order was around $7 sth and I gave her 10 bucks, not a $100 but she said she doesn't have change. Hello? so what do you want me to do? Should i tip to her my changes or spend more of money ordering sth?

Impeccable, gorgeous latte art! The milk they use has a subtly sweet flavor, although there is no added sugar or sweetener. It was unusual but I liked it very much.

Very nice and cozy spot. Small area to stay and enjoy drink. Shares a back space with a warm rustic restaurant. A bit confusing to locate the entrance as it is the same as the restaurant. I had no issue with the staff, I thought they were friendly. Sadly the $7 drink for served in a paper cup with zero design attempt tasted pretty bland and bad and grainy; it was about as exciting as something from the corner deli. It was ranked as one of the worse drink I tried. I am very confused what all the rave was about. I guess I came with high expectations; I expected NY standard. Sad, I really wanted to like and support small local coffee houses but I think I will pass this next time. On a good note, it has a small nook to sit and rest your legs but it's not very quiet and quite dark (goes with the vibe tbf) for reading or relaxing but will be fine for catching up provided it's not full house. Tables are tightly next to one another.
