Originally located on the Upper West Side, Savann then moved to a new location in Harlem; totaling 19 years in business across the two locations. Chef Galip Ozbek combines his decades of experience at different cuisines to serve the best to customers. Savann's menu includes mezzes (small dishes), seafood, steak, pasta dishes, kebabs and more. The food was delicious. I had a grilled calamari with dill. It came with dressed salad greens and was big enough to be my entree although listed as an appetizer. For dessert I had some of the best baklava I have ever tasted. The red sangria was a generous glass.Lost one star because happy hour is only available outside or at the bar.
