We are a small Japanese restaurant established on 23rd December 2003 in Roppongi lane. 15 years have passed since then, we have left Roppongi and moved in to the “TOKYO Midtown Hibiya” building in Hibiya on 21st Aug 2018 to set up the RyuGin main restaurant.

Chenkai Mao
This made my day. There may be some disputes, but it still is a well deserved Michelin three star establishment. There are many details behind all dishes and utensils served to you. Make sure to read all the instructions they sent you ahead of time. They do not allow perfume or bags. Food and service both are good. Abundant time was allowed among dished to appreciate the taste and design.
