Ruth's Chris Steak House

My family went to Ruth Chris in Bethesda on Saturday March 7, 2020. It was 5 of us. It first started with 2 salads in which the lettuce was brown and old. I can’t believe they serve this to us. We sent it back, the manager never came over to the table to acknowledge that there was a problem. The second meal that was bad and I mean rotten was lobster tail, now if they didn’t have it they should not have serve it but they did. The stench that came from that piece of lobster smelled like it was old. I should have made a big fuss but I tried to hold my cool. I will never go back! Our meal was about $500.00 and we gave the waiter $85.00 tip which he didn’t deserve. I’m a business owner and the last thing that I expect when I dine out is good customer service. We shouldn’t have paid but we did. I don’t know how this restaurant has gotten 4 star’s because it’s not a 4 star restaurant. I guess the customers that go to this place don’t know what good food is.🤮

The service at Ruth Chris was extraordinary! Our server William was absolutely extraordinary! He was efficient, knowledgeable and charming. He made our girls night that much more eventful. We would definitely visit again!

This restaurant is absolutely one of the coolest place to eat in the area. William took marvelous care of us. Always when I visit this place I am absolutely happy. They preserve their very high level service and the topmost level of meals they offer. You will be always satisfied with this restaurant. Highly recommended.
