Providence’s only rooftop lounge and restaurant is open year-round. Featuring a retractable glass rooftop, fire pits and private lounges, it is possible to enjoy city skylines and starry nights throughout the year. With its perch seven stories up in the center of downtown, the views are awe inspiring. Come for snacks, or a full meal. Rooftop’s menu offers a wide variety of small and large plates, an inspired craft cocktail list, seasonal beer selection, and thoughtful wine list. We offer live entertainment seven nights a week. Private Lounge service available by reservation.

When walking through the revolving door, go to your left and use the elevator (button R). This will take you to the Rooftop. I found it was quite spacious up there (bar, tables, couches). Pretty atmosphere. I didn't get the chance to try the food but the drinks were good. However, I did look at the menu and the cheapest thing was $12, and the food that I saw come out for other customers was presented nicely. Also, all the employees I experienced were accommodating and nice. I went to see live music (Radio Honey), and enjoyed myself. A nice spot in Providence.

I believe it's also a restaurant so there shouldn't be one

It is open year round both inside and outside. The inside is a heated glass enclosure with great views. The outside features firepits and lounge seating (with blankets available).

It's an open place.. unless it's winter of course. So you can get away with it..
