Exceptional view from the terrace of the 5th floor of the MET. There are no tables to sit on. There are only 3 bar points that serve a limited list of cocktails (in a small glass) at $ 17 or bottles of water at $ 4.

It has the best view in the city because it’s not too high where every thing looks like a dot. And the veiw is unobtstucted for the most part because of the openness of Central Park. Here’s where you fly just above the trees.
Questions & Answers
When I was there last week there was no bar. But it was early afternoon. Maybe they open it later in the day. There was no reservation system just for the roof bar. Once you were in the museum you were free to visit.
