Food was good (fries). Service was good. There was a poster up on a pole in their drivethru that said text Bigbuford to 88001 and get a free sandwich with any $2 purchase. I texted the number while in the drivethru and the reply text said the offer was expired. So minus a star for disconnect between whoever is in charge of changing out the ad posters, and whoever sets the expiration dates in their text message campaigns. Also would be good to redesign the box that holds the loaded fries so that there is not a hole in the bottom for cheese sauce to leak from.

Our sandwiches are always fresh, our fries a lil cold but when I went back around she corrected it & substituted my fries for A large.! ☺☺🤗❤

All of their food on the menu is Delicious ! & its cooked when you order it & its fresh.

I love this place they will get your oder right. They not even slow

Normally love Rally's, recently closed the one near me, so tried this one. They gave me the wrong sandwich twice and the fries were greasy and limp.

They seemed to have had people call off or were just understaffed, but the young lady and one young man we did see working there truly did have that busy place under control, even bringing our order our to where we had parked while it was cooking! Truly the definition of going the extra mile(s)!

We had a huge order and they prepared it almost perfectly.

Real quick on orders if they mess it up they'll clearly accommodate you till they get it right
