Food was good (fries). Service was good. There was a poster up on a pole in their drivethru that said text Bigbuford to 88001 and get a free sandwich with any $2 purchase. I texted the number while in the drivethru and the reply text said the offer was expired. So minus a star for disconnect between whoever is in charge of changing out the ad posters, and whoever sets the expiration dates in their text message campaigns. Also would be good to redesign the box that holds the loaded fries so that there is not a hole in the bottom for cheese sauce to leak from.

Our sandwiches are always fresh, our fries a lil cold but when I went back around she corrected it & substituted my fries for A large.! â˜ºâ˜ºðŸ¤—â¤

Probably because they don't have the staff to cover... also it may be too slow to stay open some business do that in the winter months cause of it's costing them more money to try to stay open for that one or 5 people then to just close...

If you want to keep whining or complaining, call their office or the BBB. If it upsets you, don't go there.
