The attention of the staff is terribly bad, considering that the visitors are tourists and the girls of register and payment have no education in terms of customer service. They treated me in a bad mood and disgusted because I asked for less attention. When I went to her to make the observation about her bad professionalism with the tourist, she did not care and turned her back on me.

The word customer service is not part of their culture. The place some nice artisanal pieces from Puerto Rico, but the way they treat you as a customer is very disappointing. I will not recommend this place to buy anything. You will get better service in any other place and probably better prices. The manager of the store is a disgrace and the staff is useless.

It's a nice souvenir shop and obviously because it's at the airport you will over pay for what you get. My issue was I paid $13 for a cigar for my husband. since they had it displayed as them being locally made, I thought it would be a good thing to bring to my husband since he enjos the occasional cigar. It was old and dry he couldn't smoke it. So basically don't buy the cigars it's a waste of money.

Thought for a long time that that it was a Puertorrican business. After carefully looking at the items, most of them are made in Colombia (What is going on PR!!!) (The owners are Colombian, as told by one of the employees). The articles are pretty and well made but selling “stuff†not made in the island is a downer. ( Don’t mind the Made in China ones as they are everywhere but won’t buy them). There is a little corner with Puertorrican ARTS AND CRAFTS. The staff is not that customer friendly and if asked if what I was trying to buy was Puertorrican he couldn’t tell.

Had pretty cool stuff. But it was overpriced like anything else in the airport.

A corner to take a nice Puerto Rican memory. Comfortable prices. A corner to get a nice Puerto Rican souvenir. Affordable prices.

Expensive but great selection especially as a last stop before leaving Puerto Rico.

Overall they have good products but is a shame they don’t have military discount at the airport facility, so far this is the only place at American airport that don’t have military discount
