Flavors were good, but for a place that trumpets top-shelf pizza, I found the crust to be particularly hard and chewy. Maybe a bad day in the kitchen? Willing to try again, but if that's what the standard crust is like, it isn't the best pizza option in town by any means.

Not at all NY style pizza. I guess I should have known from looking at it. Why would they put thick crusted (and not very yummy) pizza in grand central? Even worse, why did I bother to purchase it?

Maybe today was an off day but my pizza (plain and mushroom) smelled and tasted like burnt plastic. It was also very chewy.

This place should be avoided unless you are late for a train, already in grand central, and desperate for pizza. Even then you should think about getting a frozen pizza at the drug store and heating it up with a lighter. First, the positives: I ate two slices and did not get sick (yet). Now, the negatives: literally everything else. I ordered a regular slice and a white pizza slice. I received a pepperoni and a mushroom. When I raised the issue I was informed that the mistake was mine -- I had actually had ordered the the wrong pizza (huh?). When I finally got the right pizza I was met with two doughy cannon balls of greasy, gross pizza. Oh, and two pizza slices somehow cost almost $14.

If you love New York style pizza, this is the best pizza in New York! I specially enjoyed the ricotta pizza. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Considering the location, I'm quite impressed with the prices and the quality of the pizza. Loved how you don't have to wait a long time in line to get pizza. I ordered a margarita pizza for myself and a cheese pizza for my son. It was a decent taste for pizza

Excellent environment and super amiable service. The food was crisp and delightful. Will definitely recommend this spot to others. Fair prices and big meals. Keep up the great work.

Pizza is just OK -bar is a cool addition and a hidden gem!

For a transit hub, you would think there would be some consideration for commuters. Pizza was mildly warm at best and they tried to shove three slices into one box. Whoever designed and or assembled the boxes gets a D minus -- falls apart while walking away from counter. Tasted ok but would be better hot.

Pizza is not bad but food makes only half a restaurant. The guys at the restaurant could really use a good manners course to try and bring the ratings up a bit.

Great place for over priced, but fresh pizza. Did not get the chance to try the bar area, but the quick express area is where all the pizzas are made. The pizzas are fresh, but the ingredients can be better, not as fresh as hoped for. The serving portions are average size, but the prices are a bit high when comparing to its local area. To accompany its pizzas, are the expensive liquors they serve.

Worst experience ever! Waiters are extremely Rude.
