Flavors were good, but for a place that trumpets top-shelf pizza, I found the crust to be particularly hard and chewy. Maybe a bad day in the kitchen? Willing to try again, but if that's what the standard crust is like, it isn't the best pizza option in town by any means.

Not at all NY style pizza. I guess I should have known from looking at it. Why would they put thick crusted (and not very yummy) pizza in grand central? Even worse, why did I bother to purchase it?
