PROOF Coffee Roasters features organic, ethically sourced coffees that we roast locally in Redhook, Brooklyn. We serve our coffee in our cafes in Manhattan. Our location at Liberty is our first kiosk. Seating is planned for the future but not available just yet. Still a great place to swing by and grab a cup of coffee and your favorite pastry.

Best place in the area! I now come here every morning because of the excellent quality, friendly service and fair prices! Don’t let the size of the shop fool you, the drinks are phenomenal and the line moves quickly.
