Portofino Coal Fired Pizza

So first and foremost the pizza here is good. It's actually surprisingly good not just for homestead but for Miami. However I only come here and order pizza to go. I haven't heard great things about the service and it doesn't seem like the management is very present. Today I came and there's people all around me saying their pizza is late by and hour or that they never got their salad. Personally my pizza was also late by an hour and mine was to go. Place has a lot of potential but just falls short.

The best pizza I have found in South Florida. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the service can be hit or miss. We have been here many, many times and we have experienced very, very slow service to the point of forgetting our order for over 45 mins to the other spectrum of very attentive service. I think it is a turnover issue with servers, but the food is spot on and worth the wait. Sit back, relax (and if you're like me just order 2 drinks at a time so you aren't mad when you wait LOL enjoy the food, its excellent).

I really love this pizza! It's fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the potatoe gold pizza, the sweet potatoe crust is so good.

If You are in Homestead,And have a Pizza hunger attack.This is the right place to visit.The place is neat.The attention is 10 star.And the magic comes out in the pizza flavor.Me and Family got serve by Mr.Ferre.You can't go wrong in this place 4 different kind of pizza, chicken wings. Soup.They were delicious.

Every thing we tried was wonderful and the patio was comfortable for our dog. They also brought her some water which was much appreciated.

A place to have Fun and enjoy the Best Pizza ever, and the drinks always above the 1 once especially the Wine, they fill that glass more than any other place we been, very friendly Bar tenders and greeters

Yummm! It is a staple in our town of Homestead. The pizza is great. We do not have a lot of options for great Italian food, grateful to have Porofino in our backyard.

Absolutely amazing food and drinks, great staff, just the atmosphere is rather bland. Otherwise you will really enjoy it here. Oh, and come hungry bc you WILL be taking a box home!

Well actually we meant to post about our first time here last week. We had a wonderful experience here .We enjoyed the outdoor seating. Liz was our server.She helped make our dining experience a pleasant one. Along with the draft beer and delicious coconut, pineapple pizza. Liz did a great job and we will definitely revisit Portofino...

One of the best places in homestead to dine. It's a little pricey but always clean and family friendly. Certainly a must have in your trip if you're visiting or in your line up for dinner time with family if you're a local

John, our server, was great. Our meal was served quickly and was very tasty. The manager was also attentive to our service. I will definitely go back.

Wow! I'm the one that like to make my own pizza at home but this one was a very good choice the staff was amazing and the pizza OMG, perfect color real tomatoes sauce real cheese real basil perfect size for 3. Place is clean, and services is fast. Price is fair. Highly recommended .
