We're a Mom & Pop's, boardwalk-inspired, seafood bar and restaurant. The concept was inspired by the time that the owners spent on the Jersey Boardwalk.. At Pop's we want everyone to relax, hang out with friends and watch TV. Drink cold beers, cool down with our "Crush" cocktails, feast down some oysters from our raw bar and grab some seriously delicious Eastern shore food. We're casual and friendly. Our staff takes hospitality seriously and is here to make your break a fun one. Our kitchen, headed by Chef John Manolatos, takes care and pride in the sunny comfort food. There is no excuse to not treat yourself to a sunny day at the beach. The only thing you'll miss is the sand between your toes...

Stopped in after a concert. Joy, a new bar tender was fabulous. She was great at making a lemon drop Martini, even though she had never done it before. She improvised nicely. She was fun, friendly, and about focused on phenomenal customer service even though she was by herself. It got a bit busy but she continued to provide excellent service. Less salt on the fries and it would have been perfect!
