Worst customer service in town. Have yet to have a wait time shorter than 20 minutes when going through the drive through. They don't pay attention to their drive up boxes (so you have to just drive up to the window), they don't put up any signs when they randomly decide to shut down their main lobby in the middle of the day (has happened twice to me now), and sometimes they don't even care about the orders being correct; I've had times where they don't hand me a drink, or are missing items, and when i ask about it they just stood behind the window and stared at me blankly until i left (which just happened to me and is what made me write this review).

It takes a very long time to order and receive food without a line..... food tastes old , rice and beans/ rice was hard. The location on old airport rd/ cottonwood mall area is always busy but food and service NEVER disappoint

Love that chicken from Popeyes... just not the service. My partner and I ordered spicy chicken sandwiches with fries and also ordered some nuggets (since they don't sell tenders a la carte). We also got some sides; mashes potatoes with gravy, coleslaw and red beans and rice. The nuggets were crispy and flavorful. The sides were fine. The mashed potatoes and Cajun gravy were the best of the three followed by the red beans and rice and finally the coleslaw. Good but nothing out of the ordinary. The chicken sandwiches were as good as everyone says. It had a big, juicy breast that stayed crispy on the outside. The fries are batted and fried and although a bit limp, but still good. The reason for the low rating was the service. We stayed patient since it was during dinnertime but 30 minutes after my order, they hadn't even begun to work on my order until we asked about it. People came in and left and still nothing so I asked the couple next to me that got their food how long they waited and it was 25 mins for them. At that point we had been waiting 50 minutes so I asked one of the workers what was going on with my order. 10 minutes later, one of them finally handed me my food, no "sorry for the wait" or anything. I still had to ask them for my drink cups. To top everything off, the stupid coke machine sprayed me while trying to get a drink. I just wanted to go home so I didn't even notice they didn't include the sauces for the nuggets. I understand that restaurants get busy, but they completely forgot about our order. Not only did it take an hour for our food but they couldn't even be bothered to apologize or anything. The food is on point but the service was abysmal. Please get your sh*t together.

Lisa Sellers gave me the best service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. You should make her a manager so that she can teach the rest of your staff

inconsistent charges for chicken. Paid 5.58 for 4 pieces dark yesterday, today $7.25. (Chicken only) manager couldn’t explain and kept my receipt. Pieces are the smallest I’ve every seen. service is at a crawl, was in the drive thru 1/2 hour with only 2 cars in front of me. Thus was my first and second visit to a Popeyes, won’t be back.

Waited in their drive thru for almost a half hour before even getting to the menu board. Once there they take forever to take your order then when you ask a question they get rude and say you can leav their line. Will never go back there

I order off the app each time to make sure the food is ready when I pick it up, in the last 5 months that I've ordered food here it's never ready. I've even waited an hour to go and it's always the same thing after another, "we're short staffed" or "we'll get that started now," I understand waiting but this location is always the same thing. Then I wait for over an hour only for the order that I placed to be wrong or something missing and I have to wait another hour in line because the lobby is never open. The biggest issue is I always order spicy chicken and I always get the original chicken, like why do I even bother to place my order online if my order is never right, I wait over an hour in line and then nothing is right or things are missing? It's been like this since it opened, I'm guessing management is horrible if no one stays.

Food was old and dried out. Rice in the red beans was stale. Service was actually pretty good.

Love the chicken. Went inside for a 14 piece order take out and they didn’t have any spicy. Guy said it would be 15 minutes. When we said we’d wait, the guy seemed upset?!? Then they didn’t take our Popeyes gift card! Said it never works here. It’s been over a year in this location. Just an excuse.

My Popeye's gift card was declined and I was told all Popeyes gift card processing was down at all stores in my area and management has been aware of this for some time. Went ahead with drive thru order anyway, paid cash and had to wait 30 minutes for order. The chicken is marginal. After several visits to Popeyes I have determine it will only be a place of last resort. This is just not good food. Their chicken is low grade quality so compare with Churches and you will notice this clearly. On another note, gift cards suck. Please don't ever give them to me. Always a hassle.....

The service was epic!!! I pulled up to the drive through and this lady named Anastasia took my order... well I had to call my girlfriend to see what she wanted and Anastasia listened to our conversation and had my total ready by the time I got off the call. It was an epic display of active listening and at attention to detail. I was floored with how awesome this was. Please give her a raise!!!

Food isn't always hot. I asked if fries were hot and was told "yes," but when order came fries were "cold." They did make fresh to my satisfaction. Ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders.
