Ordered 1 classic chicken sandwich and 1 spicy. Both were spicy! They couldn’t provide me with a receipt for the purchase. Can’t remember the last time I didn’t have a problem at the Western Center location. Either they are out of popular items (red velvet cake), the order is wrong, or the food isn’t fresh. UGH!

No star! Service was slow, even with a full crew. 6-7 people, I was in the drive thru line 15 minutes & only moved 15 feet. I went into the lobby to order. Waiting for my order I saw dropped utensils, being used again before been washed. The take-home container dropped on the floor & again put into rotation for take-home. All this witness by the manager. Service slow. Sanatizing non existence! Not planning on going back.again. Not asking for coupons just stating facts. I needed to post star for this review. Really!

Horrible service!!! I'm here now and the doors are locked. Came earlier in the week and they were out of chicken sandwiches, but was advertising them on the marquee 🤷ðŸ¾â€â™‚ï¸. No one wants to take your order, and when they finally do, it is with much attitude! Witch, I'm trying to add to your check and secure your job. Anyways, go at your own risk and check your order before leaving!

Slowest place I have ever seen. Employees laughing and joking. This must be a family run business, to be so slow, and bad.. I went inside because the drive thru seemed even worse, time wise. Well, at least I thought it was. Never again. It took 32 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwiches to go. I had to ask about my order, because they forgot about it. Others customers just left, wish I had too.

I'm NEVER going to come to this popeye's location again. Their customer service is horrible. They took extremely long just to get my order WRONG!! The two females in the front appeared to not care about doing their jobs. It was a horrible first time experience at this location. One thing for sure. I'm not returning and warning others to not go there.

The customer service here is somewhat terse, which is simply par for the course at the majority of Popeye’s locations that I have visited. The food is fresh and tastes good; in addition, staff is generous with the condiments such as sauce packets and honey.

It is the second time i came to this restaurant and the same at the first time spent 55 minutes on the drive thru line. It is very bad and the first time they forgot to give one sandwich on my meals. I came back when i already was on way to home

We waited in the drive thru line for 40 minutes! Then had to give our order at the actual window 3 times before it was correct. I know times are tough but come on. Be efficient.

I always love a staff that doesn't act corporate you know the corporate robot type person if you don't know what I'm talking about go to Starbucks and talk to a manager they are strictly corporate robots. But back to Popeyes staff is very friendly they get my jokes but they're always clean and courteous genuinely courteous. Love those managers

I swore I would never go back to this popeyes 3 years ago because of being in line for 20 minutes before even getting to place my order and once I paid they had me pull up and wait. After another 15 minutes I ended up going in to find out what was taking so long. I decided to try again because I wanted to see if their new chicken sandwich was worth the hype. The first time the line was too long and they had closed the inside because their registers were down. I tried again today. The line was fairly short but once I got to window to pay for food I was told their receipt machine was down. I was given my food and left. I noticed them turning people away for the inside of the restaurant. I got the fries out. They were supposed to be large but were a small. I wasn't about to get in line again and couldn't go inside and of course I didn't have a receipt to show what I had purchased! The chicken sandwich isn't worth all the trouble I've had at this restaurant!

Maybe the sandwiches are good, but who knows they can't keep them in stock. This has led to all the locations being a nightmare for both the staff and customers. Also Popeyes corporation is a dishonest and uncaring organization. I placed an order online only to get to the restaurant and be told we're not taking online orders? Then why did the website allow me to place the order without an issue? Also why did they take money but didn't give me my food? I've made multiple attempts to contact corporate to get this resolved to no avail. They don't respond to emails and good luck getting a hold anyone at corporate... Really sad that this ineffective management and lack of customer service is overshadowing a really good product. If anything comes of my attempts to fix this issue I will update this review...

Bro, going on over half an hour in the drive thru now. Ridiculous. If you’re going to be this unprepared why be open at all. I am disappointed because I love Popeyes. Be better guys.

This is the worst Popeyes ever on Western Center! 35 minutes in drive thru. They never have the dining room open! No one answers the phone EVER?! WHO THE HELL IS IN CHARGE OF THIS LOCATION? FIRE THE DM & GM....Ridiculous in every way.

Extremely slow for fast food! If you don’t have 20 minutes to sit in drive thru, don’t visit this location.
