Ordered 1 classic chicken sandwich and 1 spicy. Both were spicy! They couldn’t provide me with a receipt for the purchase. Can’t remember the last time I didn’t have a problem at the Western Center location. Either they are out of popular items (red velvet cake), the order is wrong, or the food isn’t fresh. UGH!

No star! Service was slow, even with a full crew. 6-7 people, I was in the drive thru line 15 minutes & only moved 15 feet. I went into the lobby to order. Waiting for my order I saw dropped utensils, being used again before been washed. The take-home container dropped on the floor & again put into rotation for take-home. All this witness by the manager. Service slow. Sanatizing non existence! Not planning on going back.again. Not asking for coupons just stating facts. I needed to post star for this review. Really!

Did you get what you ordered or not?? So long as my order is what I wanted and paid for my feelings ain't hurt. Move on. Don't sweat the small stuff...... it gives you wrinkles.

I also never get the spicy chicken sandwich cos it has always come out salty as heck.

I have never had any issues with this location.

is that really a question? it isnt like the lobby in all popeyes across the country close at 4:30. There was an issue ... it required closing the lobby... duh.

I think they start preparing food at 10:30am They should really change their opening hrs to 11:00am
