Pollo Tropical

I've been there 3 times and my recently visit was 01/03/2020 my order # was 579124 the employee was 418337 The register belonged to Albert but there was a young lady on it that took my order I specifically asked her for white meat (Chicken breast) and that wasn't what I received. The first time when I order a chicken breast before my most recent visit, the chicken breast was very dry and the brown rice was too. there is no structural management in there at all...I always received good food from there but unfortunately the service is not what it use to be I basically wasted $12.82 cents.

Great food but slow service

Ordered some black beans and it was 90% liquid with 10 to 15 black beans. Come on. The only reason for two stars is because I like Pollo Tropical but this location or whomever served this needs to learn customer service if you want people to come back. Although they probably don’t care because they are just a regular worker.Update: thank you to the owner for a kind message and great customer service, added 2 stars 😉

To light on the beef. Chicken spine and neck yukky. I think I got all the leftovers after the help ate the good cuts. 3 strikes and your out.

I visit this place last night And this was my best experience from any pollo tropical I ever visit The food was good Service was very fast The manager was helping the person making the food and she was very friendlyThis is what you call fast food 👍

Can lose with some black beans, rice grilled chicken and salad..

Got 2 family meals. Was ready really fast. Delicious chicken, rice and black beans

I got there 15mibs before closing and the staff were very helpful and gave me what I asked for evenbthiught they had to cook a batch specifically for me.

The one star is for the location. It was dirty, a majority of the drinks were out, and there were no forks and napkins available. The cashier taking your order came off as if she didn't want to be there, and no one was attempting to clean any of the mess. It was very disappointing.

It wasn't bad just don't let the photo display fool you on the wall,but the food is just as tasty as it looks, plus I am into potion sizes so it didn't bother me at all, I was giving five star but I then remembered the drink machine, I think it needs flushing out, we tried the power Aide but it it had a funny taste so my wife went and get the Orange Fanta and it still tasted funny so to my experience in the food & Beverage business, I suspect the lines needs flushing out & sterilizing other than that it's not a bad place to eat..

Great food great customer service and Amos is the best

Extremely understaffed, which they can’t help, but it’s not apparent that management is actively seeking people to fill the positions. Food is okay, but the service is subpar— at least at night it is anyways. 2 out of 3 of my online orders weren’t ready when I got there, despite giving a sufficient heads up (at least 15-20 minutes). Another 2 out of 3 (not the same two) of my orders weren’t what I ordered. I guess the third time is not the charm after all.

The food is delicious !!! The prices seem to be very reasonable, an example a half chicken, beans and rice $5.99 . they be used to greet you with a smile :-) but recently I've noticed the staf treating customers with more of a (what do you want) attitude. the salsa bar has been a bit of a cleanse issue, and recently been out of Basics such as olive oil, lemon juice and salsa !!! so basically nothing that a little extra employee training couldn't take fix .again they have great food and I hope to be able to give them 5 stars in the near future
