Planetary Coffee

My wife and I come here on our 1-2x/year trips to the Traverse City area, and we love Planetary Coffee! We found them last year and since then we pledged to make it a regular stop. The hot chocolate is great, and they've got a good variety of non-dairy milks for those who want them. The owners are friendly and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and what they carry, and give great recommendations as well. The shop itself is really cute, and well-designed. It's a great place for a quick cup, a visit with friends, or to spend some time on the laptop. Make sure to visit Planetary, leave the big coffee chains behind.

So happy to have Planetary in Elk Rapids - excellent coffee and teas. The best oat milk lattes and matcha I’ve ever had! It’s super cute, and the service is great.

Family owned and family run. Lattes are amazing! They even have some little eats from a local business. Cookies, muffins, etc.

The evil bee is my absolute favorite espresso drink - whenever I can, I stop in. The people there are amazing and wonderful to talk with, the space is great, the drinks are all wonderful. If you haven't stopped in, you should!

I’m not a regular coffee drinker whatsoever, but I live a few blocks from Planetary Coffee and decided to give it a try today. The coffee I ordered was reasonably priced, very tasteful and ready in a matter of one minute. Though I just ordered and left, the setting is very nice and quaint, with music and a nice lounging area. Will definitely stop by again when in the mood for a coffee on another bone chilling day.

Delicious gourmet coffee! Reminds me of a lot of those great hipster coffee joints from Philly that I miss a lot. The ambiance is right on point too. Love what you guys are doing.

This was a real delight. We stopped in and enjoyed some delicious coffee beverages in a airy and modern setting. The baristas are talented and the coffee is very good! When in the area looking for a cup of joe or whatever, stop in. You will not regret it.
