Antica practices the 130 year old art of traditional Neapolitan pizza made in accordance to the rules and regulations of master pizza mak- ers of Naples, Italy through their Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN). We start with the world's best flour, Antimo Caputo Tipo 00. We cold proof the dough for 24 hours. We add only fresh, minimally processed ingredients. The San Marzano tomatoes ripened on the foothills of Mt. Vesuvius. The olive oil is estate produced. The Bufala cheese is made in Naples. Our Parmesan is Reggiano. We top the pizza with only the finest artisan meats. We cook in wood fired ovens, hand built in Naples by Stefano Ferrara. Enjoy your pizza with fine Italian wines & beer, antipasti, salads, gelato, and espresso.

Service was great! The food was delicious and not at all like traditional "American" pizza. For the experience it was worth the price.

Food was pretty solid, but the ambience, food, and price felt incoherent together. Things like paper napkins, table card numbers, and surprisingly not dim lighting made it feel like I should be paying $10-12 for my pizza, not $18.There was a table to accommodate a large party if you need that (probably 12-14 comfortably). My wife and I came here for a date night the day after Valentine's day, but the vibe is much more "family friendly" than it is "date night." All in all, pretty solid experience, just a fair bit of dissonance between all the different elements.

My wife and I have previously shared a date here. The inside was occupied by a fairly spirited bachelorette party so the hostess offered us seating on the back patio. We were fortunate for that accommodation as it was a really cool environment to enjoy a meal together. This isn't your greasy pizza joint, but if you're looking for a change of pace and a cool environment I would highly recommend.
