We ordered #11 pho, with side of beef ribs, special roll appetizer plate (chargrilled pork, spring rolls, fish rolls), garlic noodle/roasted chicken/soft boiled egg plate. SO delicious. Everything was yummy. The food was tasty, but not overly salted or seasoned (which is how I like it) and the portions are large. Good for sharing. The servers are really kind and personable as well-- everyone who helped us was nice and welcoming, even though they are so busy. The veggie bar is self-serve.The pho flat noodles here are made in-house. Yummmm. The flank steak in the pho is soft and tender, even though they have more substance/thickness than your typical pho steak. The beef rib is 👌, get it.Roasted chicken is GOOD. Crispy, crunchy skin, and tender meat.Soft boiled eggs are done really nicely. I can confirm the egg yolks are truly soft-boiled.

Simply the best Vietamese resaurant in town. You can't go wrong with any of their signature dishes such as roasted chicken or bun cha(pork vermicelli) plates.

Awesome service like everyone else has mentioned, and all the food we got were delicious - try the mini spring rolls, bun cha ha noi, and tamarind prawn with garlic noodle if you’re not getting pho! Wait was long for those 4+ parties but was only a few mins for the two of us at noon on a Saturday.

Great pho. I loved the one in San Jose but it was kind of far. I’m so happy they opened one closer to me!! Their chicken broth pho’s are my favorite, everyone should try it some time in their life. Environment is very clean and professional. Food is perfect. The garlic noodle dishes and roasted chicken are also amazing. I’ll definitely be back soon.

The broth sometimes came out very salty like it was boiling for a long time. Very good when the soup is not salty. Inconsistent. I still will go there hoping the broth is not salty.

I've spent about $200 here in 2 weeks. And drove all the way there from sf. Go figure.

Presentation and taste of their dishes really stand out better than many similar restaurants in the area. Parking can be challenging.

As someone who barely eats pho, Pho Ha Noi did not disappoint at all. I was the first one in for the soft opening and the waiters and waitresses were all extremely welcoming...which was a little overwhelming, but I never went empty on water and vegetables. The manager bragged about the quality beef they use, so I had high expectations as a big meat eater. I ordered the Beef Pho with rare steak, brisket, and fatty brisket and the meat was really tender and the broth wasn't too salty. For a little treat, they gave free corn fritters which was a nice gesture. They have a self serve area for vegetables which is pretty smart since a lot of people waste it. However, one thing I'm worried about is how they'll keep the area clean.Definitely look forward to coming back and seeing how they're able to maintain quality and service after it's more established. They're really open to feedback which is nice to see.

They get very busy and their good food comes fast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Book your reservation on Yelp or walk in and put your details on the tablet by the counter. Perfect if everyone in the group is there and they will seat you right away. The fresh herbs & hot sauces are self serve at the back of the restaurant.

Love this place. The garlic prawn noodles are great. Parking can be difficult though.

You can choose wide or thin rice noodles. The spring roll has seaweed alone with the rice paper, so it's very chewy. There are quite a few fillings that you can select for the spring rolls. The steaks in pho are thicker than other pho restaurants have. The meat and soup all taste good. The thin noodles seem to be a lot more than the wide noodles in the pho. The veggies for the pho are on the side bar, you need to get it yourselves. We went there around 12 on Sunday, and got seated about 10 min later. So the wait was not too bad, buy the parking lot was full. We parked at other shopping area and walked there!

I personally feel that several of the Vietnamese restaurants I’ve visited over the last few months are a little too similar, which means a bit forgettable. However, the first time I went to Pho Ha Noi I felt a completely different vibe: the restaurant is just bright and happy. Although it is a relatively new, there were already many people. That said, the wait wasn’t long (10 min on a weekend night), and the staff were all quite nice. In addition I appreciated that, unlike some of the other restaurants I’ve visited recently, Pho Ha Noi’s meat wasn't and too well done, and wasn't dry (a common occurrence). There’s also a creative self-serve topping area so you get to completely control how much of each topping you want. Overall, it’s easily my favorite go-to pho restaurant!
