It was a nice restaurant. It even have charging plugs if you sit by the wall, so you can charge your electronics. Great feature for a tourist so you can charge while you have a nice meal. I had the combination Pho .... it was delicious. I would definitely go back next time I’m in the area.

This small restaurant is a nice destination in Chinatown after a day of sightseeing in downtown DC. We were seated quickly after arriving. The menu offered a good number of choices and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Bathrooms were clean.

Overall, I think the food and service were fine. It was especially comforting on a cold day. The soup did lack depth of flavor and the toppings were pretty sparse especially for the price you pay. Clientele not Vietnamese. For DC, it's good. But if in CA, it would not be able to compete on price, quality and speed.
