The name nose dive is a very poor choice - this place is far from a 'dive' of any type. It's the restaurant attached to the Westin Hotel and the food is really good. We ate at the bar since there was a 15 minute wait (Sunday night in Jan). Service was good, with good beer choices. My wife had duck which was pink and delicious with roasted spouts and cauliflower puree. I had the lobster roll which was tasty too.

Overall, a wonderful experience. Our waitress was nice and attentive, but the food, or more specifically “The Impossible Burger” was great! As my girlfriend and I are vegetarians, we’ve tried multiple iterations of Impossible burgers, but this one is an absolute winner. Any meat eater would appreciate this!

I really enjoyed this unique dining experience. I had the lamb meatballs which were just amazing and the mac and cheese is out of this world. They also have a great selection of burgers that I will have to try on another visit. Service was friendly price is reasonable. Great restaurant.

Casual. But, there is no limit to dressing nicer. Especially up in Crafted.
