So this wonderful local health food grocery store has been a staple for our family of 4. Pros: great meat & seafood Dept. Great fresh sandwiches & salad bar. Great grab and go healthy stuff for a picnic or surprise guests. Cons: The produce is extremely limited & overpriced. If you eat here regularly, you will probably find yourself feeling well nourished. Yummy, fresh delicious healthy food. 5 stars!!!
