Nespresso boutique in Miami Beach

This is by far my favorite Nespresso store. The coffee is great, but the service is what is truly exceptional. I keep coming back to this particular store for the fantastic service I always receive from Flavio. He always has the greatest recommendations, tells me about new blends and is always so friendly, warm and welcoming. He always makes my day.

The Nesspresso boutique in Lincoln Road has been doing a much better job at treating their customers with respect and friendliness. Cheers to the new management and team leaders. I remember a year ago you couldn’t walk in there without getting attitude from the employees. I hated it. I almost sold me coffee machine and was going to another brand. Now it has changed for the better and I say thanks. Everybody is very nice, they greet you when you walk in, offer to try the coffee, try to make you feel welcome. Also the training is much better and coffee experts are able to articulate the product they are selling. This was not the case before. Congratulations to the whole team.

It's one of the best places in the city! The atmosphere is fantastic with an amazing nice staff and some really great coffee! I would definitely come again, and I recommend it to everyone.
