I ordered the lunch bento box. The California rolls and sashimi are very high quality. The portion is about right. Price is what I expected in similar class of restaurants in the area.

Great Saki selection with good prices! Food is a unique but nicely traditional departure from regular sushi options. Good ambiance as well.

I'm not sure, I have not gone during happy hour

I don't know about the Sushi, but the regular entree's are not. That being said portion size is decent, and prices are pretty cheap on most of the menu(wagyu fried rice is delicious) where you can have several dishes for a few people to try them all relatively cheaply.
