Moe's Southwest Grill

Came in for lunch and it was absolutely AWFUL. My brother wanted carnitas, which was basically out and when he asked if they could make more they simply said no we don’t think we have any more in the back and then continued on. The “sweet” tea tasted like water and the ground beef was EXTREMELY greasy. To the point grease was piling and dripping out of our tacos, which weren’t really that warm to begin with. When we went and asked for a refund the manager, Nathan was less than helpful however he did refund our money, after charging my card for the second time..... after which we asked to speak to the general manger, after personally calling her and getting the store to as well, the answer I got was, we can’t get ahold of her I suggest calling back tomorrow. I’m so sorry cause I like Moes but this is ridiculous. You’d think for a new location they’d try better at customer satisfaction. I am very disappointed and probably won’t return.

Food was good and service was great

Absolutely horrible!! Way overpriced for the quality of food and service!! We pay 27.00 for two people!! Salsa on salsa bar is always brown (gross) nothing taste fresh.. I've eaten here 4 times because the first was amazing (right after opening) I will not return!! Sad to see.

Rice was very crunchy. Hot sauce is a joke - just some cooked & ground up fresco. Only four pieces of mushrooms.

They don't have my favorite ingredients at this location, which they do have at the State College, PA location. They don't have abbage, pickled onions, or avocado lime crema sauce. :( They do have free guac though.

I’ve seen a lot of reviews on here dissing the proportioned salsas and changes made to this location. I personally think they’ve made a whirl of difference. I stop by this restaurant 3 times a week when I come in town to see my mom and the changes make my experience so worth while!!! Im always rushing to get to the hospital and the changes make my trip so much more efficient. Thanks for making my Moe’s experience GREAT!! 👌👍😁

This place is a well maintained restaurant, however the temperature of the food if you go at "off times" can be hit or miss. I would say it is mostly hit, but there have been a few times I have been here and it was certainly a miss in terms of freshness and quality. I will continue to go here, but if I had the choice I would want this place to be a Qdoba.

I really want to like this location but it seems really inconsistent. Sometimes I go in and they have it together, but multiple times I arrived with no greeting and an apathetic staff does doesn't even bother to look at me or smile. It appears to me as a management problem

Delicious food and a variety of salsa for the included corn chips. The price was right with Moe's Monday special $6 burritos.
