Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

I came to Menchie’s tonight and this will probably be the last time. I have been coming here since they opened and this was the worst experience. The place was a mess. The garbage cans were all over filled . The yogurt machines were a mess, there was a mess all under the condiments and most of the Chill items were a mess and it empty. The cashier Jenna needs customer service training. When we walked in, she was messing on her phone. She was not friendly at all. Another girl that seemed to work there also was busy talking to people outside and filling up the cats water bowl . I am very disappointed. Nichole

I feel bad I don’t know the young lady’s name who worked today at 345p but she is amazing!!! Incredibly personable and always smiled. Great asset to your team!!!

Not quite sure as to why the last couple of reviews have been rated so poorly. I went in today and had a great experience! Lots of flavors to choose from, all the toppings were filled, and the employees were extremely helpful. It had been my first time going in, but it definitely won’t be my last! Much better than any other ice cream place, especially the customer service. Thanks again!

Rather expensive if you ask me. Couple of ounces and my total was $16 for two small bowls of froyo. This place always has trash everywhere and sloppy floors. Half the machines never work- which makes it disappointing if it's a flavor you want. The toppings are always mixed and look like they've been sitting out for a couple of days.

Delicious.....my son and I had a great time creating our own combination. He went with the toasted marshmellow and pumpkin mix which was amazing.

Hi, I would like to make a comment about the “ no sugar added ice cream “. It is advertised as “ no corn syrup added” but when I checked the ingredients list on their website...it is listing maltodextrin, sucralose and aspartame as added sweeteners. These sweeteners are very unhealthy and very bad for rising the blood sugar. If someone is a diabetic, they for sure should avoid these kind sweeteners. Unfortunately this kind of low sugar ice cream is not what I would like to have, very disappointing....

6:30 on April 12th....wish owner could walk in for ice cream. Place needed some cleaning. 2 employees in back more than out front.

All the flavors were either out or almost out. I will keep going back but it was not a great experience. Staff was really friendly though.

What a fantastic first impression. Luke greeted me as I walked in and assisted me in the entire process. What amazing customer service from him!! Froyo was great!!! Ill be back because of Lukes great attitude toward his customers!!

The ice cream is yummy, but but there are few flavor choices. The toppings are wonderful.

So many flavor choices. Great location. Relaxing outdoor seating right by Acrópolis for a convenient healthier dessert option. Rotating seasonal flavors and tasty toppings. Froyo and sorbet options.

I love menchie's and even worked at one for a while when I was younger. It was always a fun environment and one of the easiest jobs I've had. This was my first time visiting this location and was really surprised at how dirty it was. I'm not sure if this had something to do with one of the machines being down but it looked as though nothing had been wiped down once throughout the day and maybe even the previous day. Was a tad disappointed in the lack of flavors, surprised they had no fall flavors or pumpkin but like I said that may have been because one of the machines was out. The flavors I did try and got seemed a bit off. I may try again in the future but I'm hoping this store gets a good cleaning!
