Menchie’s Winthrop Town Centre is located at 6046 Winthrop Town Centre Ave. (Providence Rd. & Bloomingdale Ave.) and is open Sunday through Thursday from noon – 10pm and Friday through Saturday from noon – 11pm. Menchie’s creates lasting memories by providing an unparalleled guest experience with a mission to make every guest smile. Guaranteeing happiness in every cup, the brand offers guests premium rotating yogurt flavors and delicious toppings for unlimited combinations in every bite. The proprietary collection is made from the milk of “smiley” California cows, which have not been treated with artificial growth hormones (rBST). Menchie’s frozen yogurt contains live and active cultures and has received the Live and Active Culture (LAC) seal indicating its endorsement by the National Yogurt Association.

I came to Menchie’s tonight and this will probably be the last time. I have been coming here since they opened and this was the worst experience. The place was a mess. The garbage cans were all over filled . The yogurt machines were a mess, there was a mess all under the condiments and most of the Chill items were a mess and it empty. The cashier Jenna needs customer service training. When we walked in, she was messing on her phone. She was not friendly at all. Another girl that seemed to work there also was busy talking to people outside and filling up the cats water bowl . I am very disappointed. Nichole
