Service was super slow! Took forever for our food to be brought out. When I let Erin, the assistant manager, know she said she would check on it. Never returned with any feedback as to what the issues were. This was our daughters 21st birthday and the restaurant she choose to celebrate! Next time we will go to the Melting Pot in Fredericksburg. Been there numerous times. Never had an issue

Melting Pot is good but it’s not great. It has the potential to be. But the menu needs a major re-do for years now. One thing I can name that needs to change almost immediately is the dippers for the first course, cheese. Why are we getting couple days old breads? Why no variety? Why not fresher? Off of the 4-course meal, only the dessert course is perfect which is why I gave 3 stars.

First time trying this place and its definitely something different! Took us about 2 hours and a half from start to finish. Wasn't a huge fan of the cheese fondue but that was probably on us as we could've selected a different one. Everything else was pretty good and the chocolate fondue was amazing! It was pretty pricey though, not sure I would say it was worth it.
