Great customer service. Despite the fact that I came in at 3:45 in the morning the staff was super friendly and made sure to more than cater to my meal alterations. Definitely the best McDonald's in the area

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any Mcdonalds by far!I usually get off work around 11-12 nightly and through the past year or two I would occasionally try to order here on my way home. I can count at least 12 times where I would pull up to the drive through window and ask to order just to hear "Im sorry we are resetting our system" from some teenager. A few times I asked how long it would take or if I could come back and she would just be rude or not respond at all. I've never had anyone at any other Mcdonalds be as rude or even say that there system ever had to be reset. The only time this ever happens is when I visit Glendale avenue , St Catharines anytime after 12 (doesnt matter when, could be 1am, 2am, 3am) and its always the same rude girl that says the same thing. DO NOT try to order food from here past midnight, horrible customer service.

Great job staff, excellent customer service when we went through the drive thru a few minutes ago. They were able to help my husband with sauces for his chicken nuggets going way above and beyond what was needed. Just goes to show if you are friendly to the staff even when something can't be accommodated exactly they can still help you out

Whoever was working the intercom at the drive thru at 3:40pm on April 18th was horrible. He rushed my husband, kept speaking over him, got the order wrong and didn't let us finish our order. Management should really re-train this fellow on communication skills.

Sat in the drive through and had to wait over 20 minutes to just put our order in with only 2 cars in front of us. Unbelievable service! This is supposed to be FAST FOOD.If your looking for quality service this is not the location for you.

Extremely rude. Waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes without a response, went inside to ask if there was something wrong with it employee said my truck wasn't on the sensor? It's a 3500 ford I was at the speaker. He then walked away mid conversation and proceeded to ignore me. This location has been garbage for the past few years. Will not go there again
