Great customer service. Despite the fact that I came in at 3:45 in the morning the staff was super friendly and made sure to more than cater to my meal alterations. Definitely the best McDonald's in the area

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any Mcdonalds by far!I usually get off work around 11-12 nightly and through the past year or two I would occasionally try to order here on my way home. I can count at least 12 times where I would pull up to the drive through window and ask to order just to hear "Im sorry we are resetting our system" from some teenager. A few times I asked how long it would take or if I could come back and she would just be rude or not respond at all. I've never had anyone at any other Mcdonalds be as rude or even say that there system ever had to be reset. The only time this ever happens is when I visit Glendale avenue , St Catharines anytime after 12 (doesnt matter when, could be 1am, 2am, 3am) and its always the same rude girl that says the same thing. DO NOT try to order food from here past midnight, horrible customer service.

Great job staff, excellent customer service when we went through the drive thru a few minutes ago. They were able to help my husband with sauces for his chicken nuggets going way above and beyond what was needed. Just goes to show if you are friendly to the staff even when something can't be accommodated exactly they can still help you out

I do not believe they SHOULD be doing that Kent; did you maybe ask them why and, maybe even better... I hope they were wearing gloves. You should have the option to decline that coffee and ask for another.

Contact the store ask to speak to the manger and tell him/her your experience. Also if you have an old receipt from the store and fill out the online survey you will be surpassed how quick you will get s response from management
