Booked a Karaoke room a week in advance. The day of the event they called to confirm and stress the packages. We got the pack that included 2 bottles (Jameson & ELit ($50 extra) and appetizers. After our 2 hours finished, we headed downstairs, where it was a bit crowded. Got another bottle and the guy was saying something about having to get additional... Dude! we just drank 2 bottles upstairs... a bottle of Elit, please. I can't count how many times he checked if the bottle was finished yet, which was slightly annoying. I got the feeling if you're spending money, staff is nice. After reviewing the pictures, that curtain was so dirty. I don't even want to think about how many times I touched the curtain that night.

Had to come here because the other karaoke place were rude and completely ignored us. I'm very thankful we stopped here instead, the place is beautiful, the service was amazing, they had so many japanese options and the food was delicious. I would rate 10/5 if possible. Worth visiting just for a drink or karaoke with friends.
