Mahdang Korean Restaurant

the. best. Korean food. I have had many good Korean food in DC metro area and this place is the best. The wait here is a bit long but food here is absolutely worth it.

Mahdang is so much better than the last restaurant MOA at this location. Better service — really nice welcoming Korean women (didn’t feel judged). Food was better too- worth coming back for. Their spicy sauce is a bit on the sweet side but I noticed that at other Korean restaurants too (not a deal breaker). Good seafood dolsot and pork belly. Good bonchon (not a huge spread of them but enough). The spicy bibim naengmyun was Too spicy (and sweet) for one person- good if sharing but I liked the other two dishes more. Will be coming back! Price is comparable to other Korean restaurants.

Lovely Korean restaurant. The beef short ribs Galbi bibimbap was delicious. Served with soup and delectable banchan.
