The heating is connected to this system. The moment the AC is switched off, the kitchen staff cannot stand it. Staff that run 8.5 hour shifts and that we try not to sweat on your sandwich. The moment the AC is on, it is good for the kitchen staff, but just a little too cold in the restaurant.
