Little Caesars

This store has gone down so incredibly fast. Food is never ready. Whoever does their inventory, is not good since they are always running out of things. Employees look miserable and don't seem to know how to do their job. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE DAMN PHONES!!!!!!!! Its definitely a completely different place from when I used to work there. Will never go back again.

The 5 meat feast pizza was pretty good. A little greasy but I actually like my pizzas that way

This place is severely under manned and is constantly running out of supplies to make certain pizzas. I've placed orders an showed up 10 minutes late to the estimate pickup and time and they haven't even started making my pizza. Other times I'll order and they will call me saying they are out of the supplies to make the pizza I ordered. I've gotten to the point of why do I even bother ordering from this place. This is the only little ceasars store I've been too that is horrible. Save yourself the time, the headache, and the trouble and just order from a more reliable place.

Very quick service! However the parking lot wasn't towed and very slippery. There was a handicapped women with a cane holding her pizza trying to walk and two customer s ended up helping her. Not one person that worked there helped her nor even shoveled at least in front of the store. Maybe it's not their job but going above & beyond for the customer is why people come back.

The worst operation I have ever seen. People preparing food with no gloves. No sauces or sodas what so ever. Won't be going back here. And that is a shame cause I used to love Pizza Pizza

This location has horrific management and lazy children working behind the counter. They closed at least 45 minutes early last FRIDAY night. I called 8 times and no one answered but it said they were open for almost another hour. I drove 20 minutes there just to see the kids working screwing around inside with the lights off, ignoring the phone and the car sitting in the drive through. This location is absolutely pathetic and needs immediate shut down.

Every time I go to this location . Someone’s wearing pajama pants . Only two people are working . Nothing is ever HOT or READY . And they don’t have dough . It’s always something . Never as quick and seem less as the motto promotes . I’ve given this location numerous opportunities so many I can’t count . After tonight I will never return to this location and probably won’t even bother with little ceasers all together .

Caution: food poisoning. My husband is from MI and wanted a Little Caesar’s pizza. We located the one here on Diamond Hill. On 2/11 We tried to call in an order but the phone did not work so we thought maybe they were not in business. But we decided to go there anyway and found they were open. My husband ordered two pies one being pepperoni as that is what I liked. I wanted fresh pies and not the hot and ready but he did not tell them this. They baked his because he wanted a supreme and I saw the girl grab mine from the hot and ready. She kinda gave me this funny look. Anyway we went home and enjoyed the pizza. A couple hours later my stomach bulged with gas and I had diarrhea every 15 minutes. By 4:30 in the morning I was throwing up and my stomach is still nauseous to this day 2/17. My husband did not get sick but he did not eat my pepperoni pizza. We threw both leftover pies away. He is so bummed that I will never go there again.

I thought the pizza was great the restaurant inside wasn’t clean and I want my food to come from a place that is clean inside and the food is delicious deep dish is the bomb

Drive thru was closed at 6:00 pm when I got there. There are two kids working, and no food available except a couple of boxes of cheese bread. The kid at the counter said the "dough guy" quit recently and that the managers are "like" ...and faded off. He said someone brought dough, but it needs to sit for 24 hours. Run far away from this place. They recently jacked up their prices above those advertised on TV anyway, that is, when they decide to have food available at all. I call it as being the next failed business in town.
