This store has gone down so incredibly fast. Food is never ready. Whoever does their inventory, is not good since they are always running out of things. Employees look miserable and don't seem to know how to do their job. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE DAMN PHONES!!!!!!!! Its definitely a completely different place from when I used to work there. Will never go back again.

Download their app and order on there. Then give it 20 minutes and go pick it up. Unless you pick their delivery partner which could be Doordash, Uber eats, or who ever and have your order delivered right off of their app. Everyone else offers this type of service so they should too.
This place is a joke. There is no type of supervision when it is clearly needed. I've made a complaint before because I seen an employee take money from customer and then handled ready to eat food with his bare hands then went to answer phone. I'm a chef and I want to take the easy way for dinner but never again.
I never knew it was a pickup window I thought it was drive through news to me
