Mr. Lebkov says: 'We have organic cheese from Biokaas in Kinderdijk, farmers butter from Den Eelder, our meat is from Livar, we have Tasty Tom tomatoes which are grown in the Netherlands, our salmon is from high quality and is smoked at Smoking in Enkhuizen, our tuna is from Deepblue, we have free range eggs from Eibaar and organic carpaccio from Ecofields. All of our ingredients are homemade each day. Our hummus, egg salad, tuna salad, tomato-tapenade, wasabi-mayonnaise, tomato-mayonnaise and pesto are all based on the recipe of Mr. Lebkov.'

Ha Herman, thank you for your message. From the point of view of speed, hygiene and safety, we switched to cashless. Fortunately for you, you can still go to cash with collgeas in the neighborhood. Nonetheless, we hope to welcome you again at Lebkov.

We have over a 100 seats. On first floor there are two tables for 16, of you want to sit together. Welcome!

Please do it :-) No, our bread is not lactose-free, milk powder is being processed. We have done tests with the baker without, but we are not satisfied with this in terms of taste and structure. Unfortunately for the vegans among us. We are committed to a tasteful alternative.
