There are benches in front of the Starbucks where it is easy to meet. There is also a drop off point behind the cinema outside (take the exit on the furthest left side and then go around the corner) where taxis and other cars drop people off.

You can use Amsterdam Amstel station.. there they do have but Bijlmaar arena do not have lockers in my best of knowledge. Success
