I put a dress on hold till the end of the day because I wanted to browse other stores to make sure that’s what I wanted. When I came back to purchase the dress..the sales person sold it to someone else. That was disloyal & very disappointing ...So, be careful when placing an item on hold..my advice is to purchase it and then return it, so if you changed your mind..it’s SAFER..Google really have to add the option for 0 stars

Staff was very nice and very helpful. There was a large selection a varying items which helped us cover all of our buying needs for that trip in one place.NOTE: If you ask a staff member to help you and they politely direct you to someone else and say they will be happy to help as soon as they get back from the bathroom, let them go to the bathroom! Yes, I am talking to you super self-important guy who pretty much demanded help from the poor lady who had been waiting for a bathroom break for a while. Assault comes in different forms, and that was an assault on her bladder and time. I was impressed with her patience in customer service given the circumstance.

My brother is having a wedding on the 17th of August. Really excited for him. Anyway..so I walked into Macy's to find a nice suit and I approach this nice young lady and asked for help. I told her my sizes and she was very helpful I mean she was good ladies and gentlemen. She help out like she owns the store. Very very nice lady. She gave me a good discount and she had a really nice attitude. I just wanted to say thank you Nora for all your help. You are the best. God bless. Thank you so much.

The best place to be. We ate there. The food was great. You do have to wait for service. They need more waitress. But food was great. I love shopping there. They have everything. Best store ever.....

It was clean and well organized. I refuse to buy anything from a Michigan location. I live in Texas and noticed that they markup items in Michigan. Why? I don't know. They place a higher priced sticker on the suggested price for the same identical item I've seen in Texas. Manufacturer, texture, fabric & color being identical. Why?

They have a wide selection of clothing and accessories. We just got back from a pre Thanksgiving sale and saved a bundle on some cashmere sweaters. Part of the problem is finding a sales associate and a cash register to make a purchase. We finally found a sales associate and she was friendly and helpful.

I typically avoid the mall at any costs, but had to make a recent trip with my husband. An employee named Lilian was very helpful in the menswear department and went above and beyond to get us what we needed. She was very knowledgeable and took out any guesswork we had with regards to sizing and matching some pieces. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the store is so huge and I couldn’t find any kind of signage or direction for other departments I was looking for. It was strange that the whole downstairs level was men’s clothes and then a bunch of perfume counters and women’s accessories. I wanted to shop dresses but we ended up getting irritated and leaving.

Macy’s Twelve oaks online pick up is a mess. I understand that people need time for training but it should have taken me 25 minutes standing at their counter for a small jacket. So many people running around and not knowing what’s going on👎👎

Love Macy's. It's a bit disheveled but the prices and sales are enticing, as well as the selection. Macy's brands are great quality and value. I love the home and bedding departments. I love star rewards and thanks for sharing incentive programs.. I'm a fan!!!!

Hard to find what I'm looking for, when the racks have random clothes that being in other sections. Good deals on Nike sweatpants though (when you can actually find your size)...

Still one of nicest clothing stores for the Lansing /East Lansing area. Hopefully you can keep it organized and attractive to continue to shop there in person as for many people still like that vs the online.
