Lakeshore Grill at Macy’s Novi

I put a dress on hold till the end of the day because I wanted to browse other stores to make sure that’s what I wanted. When I came back to purchase the dress..the sales person sold it to someone else. That was disloyal & very disappointing ...So, be careful when placing an item on hold..my advice is to purchase it and then return it, so if you changed your mind..it’s SAFER..Google really have to add the option for 0 stars

Staff was very nice and very helpful. There was a large selection a varying items which helped us cover all of our buying needs for that trip in one place.NOTE: If you ask a staff member to help you and they politely direct you to someone else and say they will be happy to help as soon as they get back from the bathroom, let them go to the bathroom! Yes, I am talking to you super self-important guy who pretty much demanded help from the poor lady who had been waiting for a bathroom break for a while. Assault comes in different forms, and that was an assault on her bladder and time. I was impressed with her patience in customer service given the circumstance.

My brother is having a wedding on the 17th of August. Really excited for him. Anyway..so I walked into Macy's to find a nice suit and I approach this nice young lady and asked for help. I told her my sizes and she was very helpful I mean she was good ladies and gentlemen. She help out like she owns the store. Very very nice lady. She gave me a good discount and she had a really nice attitude. I just wanted to say thank you Nora for all your help. You are the best. God bless. Thank you so much.
