We've been several times and really enjoyed it -- it really is authentic Japanese. However today took the cake. We waited 90 minutes for food. People around us were all being served. We asked three times and kept being told, it's coming, it's coming. After the staff ran out of excuses, they sent the manager over. She was really unfriendly. First time I've ever walked out of a restaurant w/o having received my food.

The service there deserves more than 5 star. The staff there are kind and considerate. Food are authentic and delicious though it's kind of expensive. But it's worth the price.
