We have rice noodles you can substitute in any ramen, but a couple of broths have soy sauce. Just talk to your server for all options.
They are fresh noodles but dried. Don't know if they make them but they are fresh noodles.

Narrow restaurant, but they do have a longer table to one side.
Their menu online has all their prices. Current price is $14.
We can tweak our vegetable ramen to make it vegan, as well as a few of our small plates.
